| Abstract | In the September issue of the QUARTERLY, Mr. Graves, Director of the Princeton Listening Center, described Lord Haw-Haw's radio campaign against Britain. In this issue he analyzes German short-wave broadcasts directed to the United States. His account gives a vivid picture of the frequent shifts in German propaganda strategy. The Princeton Listening Center, financed by the Rockefeller Foundation, records and transcribes short-wave broadcasts from Europe. | |
